You’ll need to go back and change the colors of every control that uses that light gray text color so there’s enough contrast. You weren’t originally designing with colorblindness in mind, but now your app isn’t useable to everyone. “Everything is there, you don’t see it?” Your coworker quickly realizes what’s going on, “I’m colorblind-I bet the colors don’t have enough contrast, so it looks blank to me.” However, you notice that one coworker looks puzzled: “Where’s the content? I don’t see any text, it’s just blank.” You anxiously take a peek to check what’s happened, only to discover that you can see the text. You’re excited to share your brand-new, fully styled app with a coworker and you wait eagerly for their reactions as they click through. Your new app looks super sleek, with a white background and light gray text. Really I feel lucky that I was part of such an institution, it made me stand where I am today.Let’s imagine you just finished building an app-an app that helps keep track of projects and the documents associated with that project. Cracked LIC assistant pre and mains and now working as an Assistant (admn) at LIC of India. The success I would like to mention is of complete LIC recruitment. I also cracked IBPS clerk pre and result of mains is awaited too. After that I cracked IBPS PO pre and mains both and the result of interview is still awaited. And that encouragement helped me to improve my performance in the further exams. But the teachers encouraged me for my further exams. Now talking about my personal competitive journey, it started with SBI clerical pre exam 2019 which I cleared in my first attempt but faced failure for it's mains. Apart from the high quality coaching for banking and personal attention, I also received timely guidance and actionable feedback that really helped me in improving my performance. They assisted me with whatever issues I was facing and guided me properly. The teachers over here are highly skilled and extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. I would also like to thank the institute for letting me present my feedback over here.Įveryone needs some sort of guidance and SCP provided it to me. Working as an Assistant (admn) at LIC of Indiaįirstly I would like to thank Sarda's Career Point (SCP) for helping me reach the stage I am today. I would like to mention that the best thing I learned from sarda sir is perseverance with calmness. I am very much thankful to this institution for providing me the best platform for my studies and letting me learn the best approach towards life. After a lot of struggle in this cut throat competition ,with continuing my part time job,I succeeded in grabbing a gov job and today I am working as an Assistant HR at MECL. He illustrated with an example of ant and simply said perseverance is the key to success and I was convinced to keep trying on my efforts. But the motivation I got that time by sarda sir became a turning point in my life. After failure in 7-8 mains exam I felt it was impossible for me to get the result by continuing the part time job that's why I decided to drop the competitive studies and focus on my accounting work. I always tried to give my best in all the exams but failed to do so. I was very serious about the studies as I wanted to grab a perfect government job for me and that time used to study 3-4 hours a day and this was because I had a part time job because of my weak financial conditions. My competitive journey started in the year 2016 with banking exams. I will definitely be lagging words to mention each and every contribution of SCP and specially Sarda Sir in my competitive journey and life as well. I am very much thankful to Sarda's Career Point for giving me an opportunity to present my feedback.
